As we see there are a lot of profession which require a lot of sitting, but long sitting jobs create following deformities:-
  1. There is generating of piriformis syndrome in lateral side of glutial region.
  2. Compression of sciatic nerve.
  3. Compression of  cauda equina
  4. Paresis of para-vertebral muscles.
  5. Lumber bulging
  6. Kyphosis deformity in spine.
  7. Pronated scapula.
  8. Abdominal bulging
  9. Gastritis
  10. Compression of arteries and vein in leg.sute
  11. Prone to slip disc.
We can prevent these mishappenings  by following the below written things:-
  • Sit in straight postural form, sometimes you can take a support by cushion, sometimes by a hard jacket,
  • Walk during long sitting for some time to maintain blood circulation in leg,

  • Do quadriceps [Upper Thigh Muscles] exercise on chair,
  • Do spinal extension exercise daily.
