- Paresis of para-vertebral muscles.
- Lumber bulging
- Kyphosis deformity in spine.
- Pronated scapula.
- Abdominal bulging
- Gastritis
- Compression of arteries and vein in leg.
- Prone to slip disc.
We can prevent these mishappenings by following the below written things:-
- Sit in straight postural form, sometimes you can take a support by cushion, sometimes by a hard jacket,
- Walk during long sitting for some time to maintain blood circulation in leg,
- Do quadriceps [Upper Thigh Muscles] exercise on chair,
- Do spinal extension exercise daily.
