Q. If you stop training with weights, the muscle that you have will turn to fat ?

There is a prevailing sentiment that all the hard work that went into developing one’s muscle will turn to fat if training is ceased.
The fact is, , muscle and fat r too separate and district properties. Muscle can not turn to fat and fat can not be converted into muscle, when a person stops weight training, their muscle will gradually atrophy (get smaller), ,ultimately returning to pre exercise level, generally the longer a person has been training , the longer it will take to lose muscle tissue . Unfortunately, many people don’t adjust their calorie intake when cease weight training. Since muscle increase metabolic rate and allows the body to burn more calories, weight training affords you with the ability to consume more calories. When training is discontinued, you must reassess your eating habits and take in fewer calories to account for a slower metabolism. If calories are not reduced, you will ultimately gain weight and give the illusion of having your muscle turn into fat.

 

 

Q. How to decrease the risk of injury ?
Performing each exercise with proper form will dramatically decrease their risk of injury.it is important to choose a correct weight for each exercise, and lift the weight in a controlled manor.
Lifting free weight or using machine incorrectly can b v bad for their muscle connective repetitions quickly and connective tissue strain and tears that can take months to heal
Proper exercise technique will increase the intensity of their workout, while decreasing the risk of injury to their muscle, joints and connective tissue.it will allow them to maximize the muscle building potential of each exercise, and decrease the amount of time they spend out of the club due to injury. Ultimately the correct exercise technique will increase their chances of building more muscle. So lets remember every time we do our own training, when we do flooring, or when we train our clients , to always focus on breathing, maintaining control , and maintaining correct alignment and posture,
