In the fitness circles of Lucknow, Rajan Singh is not a new name. Although not a veteran in the truest sense of the word, his presence has been a constant among amateur bodybuilders and the more serious gym goers in the city for almost seven years now. He started his workouts as a teen that had just finished high school though he discovered his passion for fitness early on and decided to make a career out of it. Nearly a decade into it now, he has earned his place as a senior level coach at what can only be dubbed the quintessential bodybuilders’ and fitness lovers’ gym in the city of Lucknow. And he doesn’t take the position lightly either.

Ever since he joined Iron-core Fit, Rajan has endeavored to better his understanding of the technical nuances of bodybuilding, nutrition and management by successfully completing two foundation level certification courses within his first few months at the facility. In the near future, he has certification level courses lined up that aim at diversifying his existing repertoire of fitness essentials. An avid bodybuilder himself, Rajan already has extensive hands-on experience with training others towards their fitness and shaping goals.

He has worked with men and women with a wide variety of fitness goals and workout needs which gives him a greater understanding of not only the human body and how it responds to certain workouts but also the emotional impact that workouts of various types have on a person’s level of satisfaction with the time they have invested in the process. His best asset in the fitness industry, however, remains his own personal experience as an amateur bodybuilder who found his calling when the industry itself was finding its feet in the city. And now that the industry is finally coming into its own in the region, Rajan Singh is ready to take his rightful place among the finest fitness professionals in the city.
