RAJEEV THAKUR

Before becoming a fitness coach and a fitness model I was thinking of preparing for civil services as I completed my graduation in B.Com. I was always interested in building a good physique as a good body counts in daily life. My inspiration has been Sylvester Stallone, because I think he has a very athletic and a achievable physique. I started my serious workout when I was in college in 2006, and since then I’ve never thought about quitting. I’ve always enjoyed training other people and helped them to achieve a good physique and that’s the reason I opted my career  job of a personal trainer. After three years of rigorous workout I achieved a decent physique and first took part in a bodybuilding completion in 2010. Now, I’ve been training for about 10 years now I understand the client in the best way possible and help in achieving his/her goal in the shortest time possible without the use of any banned substances. I concentrate on functional and strength training. Aerobics are also my main focus. Nutrition is very important for a person who has dedicated his life in fitness and I follow my diet and help others follow theirs too. As far as the certification goes I’ve been trained in multiple fitness courses.
