Today I Became a Member of the prestigious 1000 lbs Club

Before coming into the Professional Fitness Industry, I always thought that having a decent physique was the ultimate goal of my life. Earlier i happened to be very skinny and looked weak.

Slowly and gradually i progressed out and managed to break several roadblocks. Initially there was a lot of pressure from my parents when i started religiously working out and eating a strict diet. All people used to say that till what time will I be doing this stupidity and someday I will have to quit exercising .

But still I carried on the zeal to become better and better. I still remember the days when i used to follow any schedule which a person used to tell me having a good physique. I went on following what all new things struck me without knowing what is right and what was wrong.

Slowly my physique started to grow and in around 4-5 years time I was among-st the most regular and dedicated newbie by my signs of progressions were very slow paced.

Then during my graduation I thought of doing a Fitness Certification courses so that I would have a set norms and logical knowledge for what i was training for. This was first accomplished after my graduation after which I came to know that my knowledge of fitness was not at all correct and then i had the first impressions that what the people preach in the gym regarding the exercise patterns and diet is completely false and one should take serious measures so as to educate the person who are truly like me and wanted to be fit scientifically.

 

My observations after the course was that huge people whom the majority of the people follow in the gym themselves do not know the correct form and technique of various exercises and they did their own custom movements. After the fitness course I started to read a lot about the fitness industry and the trends that needs to be propagated so that the people may get to their goals in the shortest amount of time and with the safest measures possible .

With this vision I moved into the fitness industry and have worked since in many of the best gyms. Presently I am working for U.P’s best gym , Iron-Core Fit , which apart from its ratings of being the best , in my personal opinion is surely the best fitness center in all India. The education and quality of knowledge which i have seen here is incomparable to any other gym throughout India.

Earlier although I had attained a good physique but I still was a bit feared of  lifting heavy as it kind of scared me to go as heavy as 1 Rep Max. Now being in Iron-Core Fit , the ambiance itself is so motivating and positive that it led me to lift weights to such extreme levels but with good form and technique. What happened in Iron-Core Fit was that i was given the exact knowledge and experience to gain lifting strength without getting injured and also which was scientifically proven to show results.

 

Now today I conquered a great milestone in my life , i.e., to lift 1000 pounds (445 Kgs)of weight in a cumulative lifts consisting of Deadlift , Bench Press and Barbell Squat.

My stats are:-

Deadlift – 200 Kgs

Bench Press – 115 Kgs

Squat – 140 Kgs

My current body weight is 73.5 Kgs and I am a natural drug free athlete and all the above lifts were executed in RAW manner meaning no lifting straps , wrist straps or knee wraps were used during these lifts.

I would like to thanks the team of Iron-Core Fit which has really motivated to get over this roadblock of lifting this much which probably might not have been possible anywhere else.

I would give out this information to anyone who wants to strong in his life in the safest manner should come to Iron-Core Fit as the experience here in beyond telling in words .
